I am always surprised when I get an email from someone in business who is not using a signature on her emails. I once received an email from a new VA asking "what can I do to promote my business?" Well, the most basic thing she could have done was to put a signature on the bottom of her email giving the reader her contact information and a brief indication of what services she provides. Every email you send is part of your marketing plan. Google for help in learning how to do it or take the 35-minute tutorial 'Create great-looking signatures for your email' on Microsoft's training site.
