What is the nature of your business:	Sharing Health, Wellness, and the Business opportunity.
What sparked your interest in your business?:	I value health and want to support others who hold this as a priority in their lives. I also want to support other Health Professionals who want excellent products to meet the needs of their patients
Why are you passionate about your business now?:	I have a heart for children's mission projects around the world. My Oxyfresh /21Ten business proceeds support three of these special projects!
Why did you choose having a business vs working for someone else?:	I enjoy building and mentoring a team of like minded people, and I really need to leverage my time as I have fibromyalgia. I also have many different interests, so being my own boss realy works best!
What are some obstacles you faced and how did you deal with them?:	I have faced the challenge of time management, and also the challenge of finding like minded people with a passion for contribution to others. I believe these people are out there in the world, and I will persevere to find them! In terms of the time management challenge, I am doing my best to focus my priorities and my energy to accomplish the important goals first!
Who or what has been the biggest supporter of your business?:	Mentors and accountability partners have been supports in my business. Also searching for examples of ethical leadership,and finding them has encouraged me. I am thankful for all of these.
Have you ever accessed a business coach or consulted with a mentor? Describe.:	yes, as I referred to in the scenario above.
What is your business goal for the future?:	My business goal is to build a strong local team of like minded people who have a desire to live life fully and contribiute to the lives of others. I want to leave a legacy of contribution and am searching for others who have a desire to " pay it forward" according to their own goals and dreams!
What is your proudest business victory or achievement?:	One of my proudest business achievements was to use my Oxyfresh money to go on a children's mission project with Operation Christmas Child to distribute shoeboxes full of love and practical gifts(school supplies, toiletries and small surprises) to children living in poverty in Mexico. I also used my business money to go on a "rebuild" in New Orleans after Hurricaine Katrina.
What is your business mission statement?:	"Sharing Healthy Smiles and Hope", "Helping People and Pets to Live Longer, Healthier and Happier Lives", and finally, "To Leave a Legacy of Love and Contribution in a broken world".
What words of wisdom about Business would you like to share?:	A successful business to me is one that links the minds and hearts of people with different skills and talents, so that we form a team that is stronger than any one of us alone.
What words of wisdom about LIFE would you like to share?:	Live life fully, it is truly a gift! and,..... "to whom much has been given, much will be required."
