Fundraiser For 12 Ladies In A Tent - Reiki Level 1 Class ( All Day )
Reiki level I certification class
This self-help technique promotes relaxation, reduces stress and is effective in pain management. Reiki is used to balance energy on the levels of mind, body, emotions and spirit. When there is balance there is the ability to heal oneself or assist others. Practice on your plants and animals too!
Reiki is an extremely effective technique, which can be taught to anyone. This class is beneficial to both health care practitioners and the layperson.
Two options available:
Full day class: Sat. May 26, 9:30 – 4:30
Two evenings to accommodate busy schedules:
Tues May 15 & Tues May 29, 7-10 (or could do 6:30 – 9:30 if desired)
