| Working from home is an interesting experience. It is easy to be available to the family needs which is good but sometimes family needs crowd in. On the other hand, it is very easy to work all the time when you are at home. I needed balance and so I worked with my coach to help me find a compromise. It can still be challenging if I am not careful. | |
