NetWeaving was not only the vision of Diane McGee founder and director of WINGS and HEROS "Mentors in Motion" but was the creation of Bob Littell Chief NetWeaver and author of the book called The Heart and Art of Netweaving.

Diane McGee founder and director of WINGS and HEROS, is an Ambassador of NetWeaving International and is spearheading NetWeaving Canada through community "Pay it Forward" projects. WINGS and HEROS has been refining many "Pay it Forward" initatives and are looking for "Pay it Forward" teams to duplcate these exciting easy to duplicate concepts into other communities:

• "Pay it Forward" NetWeavers Walk or Tour
• NetWeaving Diva Night with a ....Twist! (The twist is MEN are welcome to attend)
• NetWeavers "Pay it Forward" project in Schools.

Diane has a strong belief that the introduction of NetWeaving and the "Pay it Forward" projects into WINGS and HEROS is a sensible and effective thing to do during these economically challenging times. These projects not only bring  Business to Business but also bring Business to Community.

Diane meet Bob when doing a web search for the word "NetWeaving" a word she at first thought she had coined. But to her surprise she meet Bob on line and found that he was the first to use it. Diane's connection to Bob has been a positive one and with his consent WINGS and HEROS is introducing NetWeaving to Canada. Bob was also the one who connected WINGS and HEROS to the Pay it Forward Foundation. A foundation started by Catherine Ryan Hyde author of the book that the movie was based on
